How to Check PF Claim Status Online | PF

Now Days PF Department are doing fantastic jobs . They are making online system in almost all terms . Now you can apply online to withdraw your PF. And here we will tell how how to check PF Claim Status Online.

You need  have to visit Official PF Site (Click Here To Download  PF Passbook ) and  Under Our Services > For employees , you will see Know your claim status Option ( As yellow highlighted in above picture ) By clicking on that you will be directed to another page of PF i.e to Check PF Claim Status Online .

URL of the the passbook link is here ( Click Here ) to Check PF Claim Status Online. By clicking on (Click here) , A new window will be opened and there you need to enter your UAN number and Captcha ( You can directly double click on captacha and paste rather than typing )

By Entering  UAN number and captcha , click on search button . Your  Member ID ( Pf number ) will show there , Click on that and a new window will open . As shown Below.

Click on the yellow highlighted button i.e of Member ID . And you will be able to see your claim status details .

How to Download PF Passbook | PF

PF is a important aspect for any Employee who is working in any private organization . Govt of India has given a wonderful service like PF (Employee  Provident Fund ) . So in this post we will learn how to see or download our PF Passbook Online .   You need to visit on official  site of  EPFO .

Under the Our Services > For Employees , on the very first option Member Passbook  option is there . by clicking that you will go to another page , over there you will get your PF Passbook.

You will have to enter your UAN number  Along with Password  and by entering captcha  Click on Login. By clicking on login button , now you will be able to download your PF Passbook . And you can check how much you have contributed till last month or till date . Below attached screenshot is a sample of How to Download PF Passbook for you .

After Logging in , on the Left hand side you will find your PF number details Started with PF regional office code and your company/ organization code. By clicking on that  now you will be able to see or can download or directly can give print command of your passbook .

Important : As you may know that your PF is contributed in Three parts .

1. Employee Share (12%)

2. Employer Share to PF ( 3.67%)

3. Employer Share to Pension (8.33%)

So ,with the same rate of contribution you can see, calculate & get to know that how much you and your company have contributed in your PF account .

How to Activate UAN number | PF

To activate UAN number you need to visit on official site of PF ( Click Here ). By clicking on ( Click Here ), you will be directed to pf official site as shown below .

Then , Under the Our Services > For Employee you will see Member UAN/Online services(OCS/OTCP).  By clicking on that link you will be redirected to another page " Unified Member Portal  As shown below.

Below , On the right hand side click on  Active UAN .  Then enter your UAN number i.e provided to you by your company/employer. Mandatory fields like Name , Date of Birth  , Mobile Number  and captcha.

Personal Information 

By Clicking on Get Authorization Pin, you will receive a sms on your mobile number that you have entered . you will get screen as below.

Enter OTP and click on Validate OTP and get Uan . That's all you need to do. 

You have successfully activated your UAN number .

You will receive a message from EPFO that contains your UAN number  and its status . As shown below.
