How to Download PF Passbook | PF

PF is a important aspect for any Employee who is working in any private organization . Govt of India has given a wonderful service like PF (Employee  Provident Fund ) . So in this post we will learn how to see or download our PF Passbook Online .   You need to visit on official  site of  EPFO .

Under the Our Services > For Employees , on the very first option Member Passbook  option is there . by clicking that you will go to another page , over there you will get your PF Passbook.

You will have to enter your UAN number  Along with Password  and by entering captcha  Click on Login. By clicking on login button , now you will be able to download your PF Passbook . And you can check how much you have contributed till last month or till date . Below attached screenshot is a sample of How to Download PF Passbook for you .

After Logging in , on the Left hand side you will find your PF number details Started with PF regional office code and your company/ organization code. By clicking on that  now you will be able to see or can download or directly can give print command of your passbook .

Important : As you may know that your PF is contributed in Three parts .

1. Employee Share (12%)

2. Employer Share to PF ( 3.67%)

3. Employer Share to Pension (8.33%)

So ,with the same rate of contribution you can see, calculate & get to know that how much you and your company have contributed in your PF account .
